Track My Order FAQ

  • We will send you the Tracking Number to your Email when the packages was shipped.( If you did not received, check your trash in your mail system)
  • Also, you can track your order with a few clicks on our site.
  • It may take 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to be updated and sometimes tracking numbers may change. If after 3 days you cannot get the tracking information of your order, please feel free to contact with us for more information.

Log into “My Account”


Click on “My Orders”


Step 2

In “My Orders”, you will be able to get an overview of your order history and their status.


Find your order, and make sure its status is “Shippment”


Click “Track” to check the current status of your package


You will then be taken to an overview of your recent shipping history of your package.
